Parte 2 – Opinión sobre actitudes, creencias y obligaciones
I have experience working in the sales sector at Arturo Calle, as a cashier at Éxito, and in
customer service in other companies. I finished high school, completed a vocational training
program as an administrative assistant, and I am currently studying Analysis and Development of
Software.
My future plans are to finish my technology degree so I can get a better job and improve my
quality of life. I am working hard every day to achieve all my goals.
If I work with discipline every day, I get better results in both my academic and professional life.
If I finish my studies successfully, I will have more opportunities to grow in my career. If I had
more resources right now, I would invest in additional courses to improve my skills.
When I face a problem at work, I try to stay calm and look for different solutions. For example,

if a customer is unhappy, I listen carefully to understand their needs and then offer alternatives to
solve the issue. In academic contexts, if I do not understand a topic, I review the material again,
ask my instructor, or study with classmates.
I adapt to changes by being open to new methods and learning from every experience. As a
leader, I make decisions considering the well-being of the team and the achievement of
objectives. I also take responsibility for my actions and learn from my mistakes.

I am an excellent worker because I am proactive, responsible, and very good at customer service.
I have to improve my patience because I always want to do things as quickly as possible. I must
always greet customers politely and with a smile. I should listen carefully to their needs to
provide the best service possible. I must follow company rules and respect my colleagues. I
should keep my work area clean and organized.
In my academic life, I am a committed and energetic student who wants to learn more every day.
I have to learn to be more punctual for classes. I must complete my assignments on time and
study regularly. I should participate actively in class discussions and help my classmates when
they need it. I must pay attention to the instructor’s explanations and take clear notes. I should
also review the material after each class to strengthen my learning.
